I hope this message finds you well.
We would like to inform you that the Foreign Policy Strategy Agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, in collaboration with the University of International Islamic Indonesia (UIII), will be hosting the 7th World Indonesianist Congress on 12-13 November 2025.

This year, for the first time, the organizing committee is extending an invitation to all Indonesianists and friends of Indonesia worldwide to participate in the Call for Papers under the theme: “Reviving Bandung Spirit: Boosting South-South Cooperation Toward a More Prosperous and Stable World Order”. We encourage you to submit your research papers for consideration. Selected papers will be published in the official conference journal, and one or two Indonesianists from each region will be invited to represent their area as speakers at the congress.

Important Dates for Call for Papers:

1. Opening full paper submission : 22 September 2025
2. Full paper submission deadline : 30 October 2025
3. Congress of Indonesianist :12-13 November 2025.
